Our goal is to promote personal safety and self-defence skills for all members of the community. Our courses offer an engaging way to learn self-defence and martial arts, as well as building strength, respect and confidence. The format and content of each course is dependent upon the needs and ages of those involved.

All sessions are run by 5th Dan Master Black Belt, Natalie McDonald. Natalie has been training for over 24 years with ATI Martial Arts, and is a qualified examiner and instructor. She is also a multiple national and state champion, as well as an international medallist.
